EXPERIENCE BEAN-TO-BAR CHOCOLATE MAKING AND TASTING

Do you want to experience how a chocolate bar comes into being?  

Join us for this experience from the cocoa pod, to sorting, roasting, cracking, winnowing, “chocolating” and eating!!  Let’s go.

• Treat yourself to an ample mix of dark, milk and white chocolates to taste and compare during this Experience.  The mix can be altered on request. 
• Treat your palates and guess the different tastes and aromas in the chocolates.
• Next you will get to create your own customised chocolate bar by selecting from various toppings available.
• Bioko is all about choices.  We can do all dark/vegan bars or all milk flavours, or a mix of both.  Let us know at the time of making the reservation if you have specific requests.
• Sessions are held at our location in Osu, during working days (Tuesday - Saturday). Minimum bookings of 2 people or more are required for the session to go ahead. We can seat a maximum of 20 people.
• Sessions run for 1.5 - 2 hours.
• Our sessions are suitable for all ages. Younger participants (babies to 7) are allowed at no charge, but must be supervised by a paying adult in the group.
• We are available for off-site bookings between 11am - 4pm, please call to discuss availability and details. Off sites will include a call out fee.

• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to confirm reservation.
  
• Payment is due in full prior to the event.  Bookings will be cancelled if no payment is received.  You are always welcome to rebook.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Reservations for timed “Chocolating” Experience events are not confirmed until paid in full and are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the reserved time.  

Arrivals more than 25 minutes late are considered cancelled.
