Orders within Accra

Our chocolatiers take great pride in making quality items for you to enjoy. As a result, we pack every order with care so as to ensure it will arrive at the destination in the same standard it left our shop.

Orders placed before 4pm, will be packed and dispatched with our rider on the same day for deliveries within Accra.

When you are expecting a delivery, please ensure you keep your phone close by so the dispatch rider can contact you as soon as they arrive. Keeping a rider waiting or delaying an order can potentially compromise the chocolate especially on the hotter months of the year.

Orders Outside of Accra and International

Please allow 1-3 days for processing of orders placed outside of Accra including international. DHL generally only delivers during business hours, so please keep this in mind when calculating transit times.

We ship internationally on a request-only basis. Please send us an email at ask@biokotreats.com for a shipping quote to your country and we will determine whether shipping to your international location is possible. Note that for international orders, we only ship non-perishable goods like chocolate bars. Bonbons cannot be shipped internationally because of their perishable nature.

We do not ship via freight forwarders since we cannot guarantee that the quality of your order will not suffer. To avoid your delicate chocolate from sitting in a warehouse or being mishandled, we do not recommend shipping through freight forwarders and cannot guarantee quality if you choose to order in this way.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable or damaged due to customer neglect. If your items are returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address, we can send again with the shipping costs covered by the client. We do not offer refunds if you choose not to have items re-shipped and/or if they are damaged as a result of the address error.
